Civil Litigation Attorney

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 Law Firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an associate attorney with at least three years’ quality experience in civil litigation to join our growing San Bernardino office.  The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings.  The position can be partially remote, but the candidate must reside in the San Bernardino/Riverside area in order to have the ability to attend in person hearings, depositions, client meetings and the like, as needed.  Strong academic record, excellent professional credentials, and admission to practice law in California or willingness to sit for the California Bar Exam, required.

Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location.  For an attorney with three years’ experience, the salary range is approximately $124,000 to $130,000 and increases significantly with more experience.  Associate attorneys are also eligible for robust objective and subjective bonuses.
