Demystifying the New 2018 Housing Laws and Update on Major Oakland Projects

Wendel Rosen’s Land Use attorneys Todd Williams and Amara Morrison will present “Demystifying the New 2018 Housing Laws and Update on Major Oakland Projects,” on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, in the David I. Wendel Conference Center, 1111 Broadway, Oakland, California.

This fall, the Legislature adopted and the Governor signed a sweeping package of 15 new bills relating to housing development designed to make a dent in California’s housing crisis. Todd and Amara will discuss the new legislation and its impact on local governments, developers and property owners. They will also provide and update on major development projects currently underway in Oakland.
