Arish Gill
Arish Gill is an associate in our Fresno office focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, estate planning, and related tax matters. His work includes advising, negotiating, and closing transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers across a variety of business transactions. In addition, Arish provides support to new business ventures in matters concerning corporate governance and structure, as well as to established businesses with reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. Arish’s experience also extends to estate planning services, ensuring asset protection and legacy preservation.
Outside of work, Arish spends his time playing basketball, golfing, snowboarding – and cheering for the San Francisco 49ers
