Georginne Dudash
Georginne counsels businesses and individuals through various aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing. She has represented clients with commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects, including multi-site and multi-state transactions. Her many years of experience includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements and restrictive covenants. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming and her law degree from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
In her spare time, Georginne enjoys singing, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends in Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas.
