Ina Cohen is an Associate whose expertise centers on corporate law, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her core specialties, she is proficient in commercial law, finance, real estate, and business immigration matters.
Originally from Bulgaria, Ina was licensed to practice by the Sofia Bar in 2013. She quickly made her mark as a skilled attorney, advising both local and international clients on a wide range of issues, including business establishment, corporate structuring and reorganization, contractual negotiations, and administrative responsibilities, at a prominent European law firm. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, Ina also founded and led PASSPORTS.BG, an initiative designed to assist foreign investors and their families in relocating to Bulgaria.
After moving to Arizona following her marriage, Ina advanced her legal education at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she earned her second J.D. in May 2022. During her studies, she served as a Legislative Extern at the Arizona Supreme Court. Ina is currently licensed to practice in Europe and in the United States, giving her the unique distinction of being licensed on two continents.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, the culinary arts—particularly traditional Bulgarian dishes—attending concerts, and playing tennis.
