Jeffrey Mihalik

Jeffrey Mihalik is an Associate at the firm practicing Business Litigation, helping builders, developers, and contractors with insurance and construction disputes.

Jeffrey earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as Lead Articles Editor of San Diego Law Review.

Jeffrey has extensive experience helping clients with complex insurance, construction, bankruptcy, property, landlord/tenant law, and employment cases involving topics such as discrimination, harassment, and unlawful retaliation.

Jeffrey loves exploring new worlds as an adventurous hiker, backpacker, mountain climber, and avid reader.
