Stacie is an accomplished business transactional attorney with a focus on intellectual property and technology law.
With a forward-looking approach, Stacie advises clients on emerging issues including, domain name disputes, social media, and data privacy matters; she works to ensure her clients are well-equipped to navigate the evolving business landscape. Her practice also encompasses managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, copyright registration and protection, and counseling clients on intellectual property protection and enforcement.
Stacie’s journey at Fennemore began as a paralegal, and she has since risen to become a trusted advisor to clients ranging from innovative start-ups to established corporations across diverse industries, including software, electronics, internet, real estate, personal products, gaming, and toys. She serves as a core member of the firm’s practice supporting start-up companies.
As the Phoenix Office Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s seven-person management committee, Stacie plays a pivotal role in the firm’s management. Stacie is an avid reader and enjoys swimming and spending time with her family and friends.
