Thomas J. Morgan

Thomas Morgan is an accomplished attorney whose practice encompasses capital markets and securities, finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and transactional law. Tom has a robust background in representing both public and private entities, investment firms, and in guiding complex transactions and regulatory compliance matters.

In his career, Tom has skillfully handled the issuance of equity and debt securities, structured investment funds, joint ventures, and private equity investments. His involvement in mergers and asset acquisitions showcases his ability to manage transactions that require meticulous attention to securities law compliance. Tom also advises on governance, tax, and general commercial issues, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge to benefit his clients.
