Previously, he chaired the Arizona Supreme Court’s Task Force on the Rules of Civil Procedure and served on the Court’s Advisory Committee on Rules of Evidence, Civil Justice Reform Committee, and Business Court Advisory Committee, which developed Arizona’s Commercial Court.
