Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney

Fennemore Wendel, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join its Trust and Estate practice group in Oakland, California. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years’ experience in trust and estate litigation. Must have a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. Admission to practice law in California required. The successful candidate may work a hybrid schedule, but must be available to appear in person at hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and the like as needed. Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location.  For an attorney with four years’ experience in the Oakland office, the salary range is approximately $187,000 to $191,000 and increases significantly with more experience.  Associate attorneys are also eligible for robust objective and subjective bonuses.
