Wendel Rosen Attorney Katherine Kao Promoted to Partner

Wendel Rosen LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the county, announced that Katherine Kao has been elevated to partner.

Kao is part of the litigation and real estate litigation practice groups, representing individual and business clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including trade secret misappropriation, First Amendment issues, employment disputes and probate matters.

She is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and licensed through the State Bar of California. Kao holds a BA in political science and rhetoric from University of California, Berkeley and a JD from University of California, Hastings College of Law.

As an industry thought leader, Kao speaks and teaches at leadership and client events. In 2019, she was selected for inclusion in Northern California Super Lawyers’ Rising Star List.
